研究兴趣/Research Interest



我们做三件事:

(1) 新量子材料探索利用常压及高压手段探索新量子材料,特别是常规超导、新颖磁性及拓扑材料

(2) 单晶生长高品质、大尺寸量子材料晶体生长

(3) 物理性质研究晶体结构、磁结构及电子结构角度理解新量子材料丰富物理性质产生机制。


我们有以下手段来做这三件事:

(1)条件完善的高压及常压制备手段、高精度线切割机等材料制备仪器;

(2)晶体结构、基本磁性及输运性质等材料性质表征手段;

(3)物质学院软纳米加工平台等材料加工手段;

(4)国家强磁场装置,先进光源,国内外合作课题组的各种先进表征手段。

  1. 长期招收对本研究方向有浓厚兴趣的物理、材料物理专业本科生攻读研究生学位,~ 1-2 名/年。

  • 课题组与北京师范大学鲁兴业教授、美国Rice大学戴鹏程教授及香港大学陈钢教授团队合作,在量子自旋液体研究方向取得重要进展。相关成果以“Spinon Fermi surface spin liquid in a triangular lattice antiferromagnet NbYbSe2”为题近日发表于国际著名期刊Physical Review X (2021, 11: 021044)北京师范大学博士生戴鹏玲与我组硕士毕业生张高宁为文章共同第一作者。详见学院报导:https://spst.shanghaitech.edu.cn/2021/0507/c2089a63513/page.htm


  • 2019年,我组与物质学院薛加民教授课题组合作发现了一种层状窄带隙半导体Nb2SiTe4ACS Nano 2019, 13: 10705),具有良好的中红外响应及稳定性,本组博士生夏威为共同第一作者。近日,我们继续合作通过在该材料中引入Si空位,发现在半导体背景中引入了排列有序的一维导电通道,由此导致了沿着链和垂直链方向截然不同的导电行为(如图)。该结果同样发表于ACS Nano (2021, 15: 7149)。我组夏威博士(现拓扑物理实验室博士后)为本文共同第一作者。恭喜夏威在此材料取得的系列进展。详细见我校报导(https://www.shanghaitech.edu.cn/2021/0331/c1001a62240/page.htm


  • 我组发表在Physical Review B (2020, 101: 155117)上的论文“Bulk Fermi surface of the layered superconductor TaSe3 with three-dimensional strong topologicalstate”报道了通过强磁场磁输运及理论计算揭示准一维层状超导体TaSe3中存在强拓扑绝缘态及非平庸拓扑表面态,并且存在自旋-动量锁定的螺旋表面态,预言其为可能的拓扑超导候选材料。我组博士生夏威(现为拓扑物理实验室博士后)为论文第一作者。近日,通过与我院陈宇林/柳仲楷开展角分辨光电子能谱合作测量,证实了其能带的拓扑结构及拓扑表面态,详见我院关于此进展的报导。链接:https://spst.shanghaitech.edu.cn/2020/1022/c2089a56745/page.htm

  • 2020年6月16日,我组与复旦大学李世燕教授课题组合作,发现在较低压力下(< 1 GPa)压力下,拓扑节线半金属SrAs3表现出压力诱导的Lifshitz相变。在较高压力下(~ 23 GPa),出现由压力诱导的单斜到简单立方的结构相变,并伴随出现Tc 最高可达5.8 K的超导电性。经第一性原理计算揭示,简单立方SrAs3为拓扑晶体绝缘体并具有动量-自旋锁定的非平庸拓扑表面态。结果发表在新锐杂志npj Quantum Materials (2020,5: 38)。夏威为本论文共同第一作者。

  • 夏威同学发表在Applied Physics Letter2020, 116: 142103)上的论文The de Haas-van Alphen quantum oscillations in a three-dimensional Dirac semimetal TiSb2”报道了新三维Dirac半金属TiSb2的磁性量子振荡性质及电子能带结构,被选为当期封面论文。


  • 苏豪发表在APL Materials2020,8:011109)上的论文“Magnetic exchange induced Weyl state in a semimetal EuCd2Sb2”报道了通过利用外磁场调控自旋方向,从而诱导拓扑相变,使得反铁磁拓扑绝缘体转变为铁磁外尔半金属。该工作被选为编辑推荐论文(Edotor's pick)。

  • 刘晓磊学作为共同第一作者发表在Physical Review B (2020, 101: 155114)上的论文“Direct observation of six-fold exotic fermions in topological semimetal PdSb2报道了实验证实无手性新型六重费米子,被选为编辑推荐(Editor's suggestion)。
